"Excellent customer service. The manager offered an early check in and provided useful tips and recommendations to explore this beautiful area in Italy. The hotel is overall in excellent conditions in a very quiet neighborhood. Their breakfast is superb, in particular for their freshly baked pastries. "Our booking was last minute as our original booking was double booked so we arrived in Vernazza in the pouring rain with no accommodation! This was a beautiful experience, fully renovated top floor (which meant very steep stairs and small doorways) 2 great sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The space also had a kitchen and balcony which was lovely to sit out on each morning. We were right in the centre of Vernazza with easy access to all restaurants and walking tracks. "The hotels is wonderfully. Very intimate and few steps from the Mediterranean Sea, you can hear the waves crushing when you open the windows. Our room was amazing with a cute balcony and a very comfortable bed. The lady that greet us every morning was very kind and polite, she made us feel at home and gave us ideas for day trips. Good breakfast. Would totally recommend it. "
