"The Room was great. Bar and other amenities were closed the night we were there."

"I write a lot of reviews and I always try to be fair. The hotel could have been cleaner in some areas. Glitz with fingerprints and sticky, poorly maintained areas that are frequented by guests does not impress. The chairs and tables in the dining area still had food on them even after my wife and I watched the staff “sort of” wipe them down. We didn't need food on the seat of our clothes. That evening the coffee in the lobby had something unidentifiable floating in it and the cream was curdled....

"Everything was clean and tidy. No delays checking in or out. Fluid transaction. Also awesome to see alligators in the pond across the street from window of my room."

"the room was super dirty, you need to use hilton honors points or you get charged for wifi, my son got a rash from the pillow case, they don't tell you they don't clean your room, the air conditioner unit was difficult to use and kept defaulting to freezing cold. it is a gross old property and it cost a lot of money."

"The hotel was quiet, super clean, and well furnished; staff was very friendly/courteous/helpful. Also, valet parking was unusually responsive/efficient! The courtesy transportation to UF Shands Hospital was an unexpected bonus."

"front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating. Whole property was very clean. Room was spacious. Walls are paper thin though. Some people above us decided to have a dance or stomping party so we barely got sleep at all."
