Even though we were not travelling with children, the hotel seems very good at looking after people with kids with lots of things to keep the little ones occupied. "

"We did stay for 2 nights, the hotel's location is easily walk from MRT/Sarinah. The staff are friendly and helpful, they also allowed us to check in 1hr earlier. We did ask for new towel because there is cigarette smell on the towel and they changed quickly with the fresh new towel. Overall is good stay at Ashley Hotel "

"The toilet smells when the door is opened. The shower gel holder is broken and unusable. AC blower is noisy as well as the noise from window. The only thing good is the friendliness from the staff. "
