Un hotel bonito con malos servicios

Es una lástima que un hotel tan bonito ofrezca tan malos servicios. El hotel está bien y las habitaciones son cómodas, pero no pude dormir ni ducharme ¿no son esas las dos cosas básicas por las que uno paga un hotel? En general he visto que varios hoteles en Cuzco tienen mala acústica, por lo que se escucha todo de las habitaciones. En este caso, alguien del staff comenzó a hacer mantenimiento de las habitaciones en plena noche, con portazos y moviendo muebles, tuve que bajar a las 12 de la noche a rogarle que dejara de hacer tanto ruido porque mi avión salía a las 5 AM y quería dormir un poco. Lo otro, no había agua en el hotel, me dijeron que solo afectaba a la ducha, pero no había agua del todo. Además, cuando llegué no había recepcionista, mi check in lo hizo alguien del aseo, aunque hay que destacar que fue muy amable. Repito, no pude dormir ni asearme, hubiese estado mejor en un hostal por mucho menos dinero, no volvería.

El hotel, por el precio está perfecto. Lo único que no me encantó es el servicio de internet, creo que no es ápto para rl número de habitaciones. Las personas son muy amables y atentas.
