"On our 8 day trip this cabin was, by far, the best place we stayed. It really is very remote, so be sure you are ok with that. I believe it was something close to 12 miles back to Custer and most of that is dirt/gravel roads.
For us, this was perfect.
Super peaceful, beautiful property. Even horses on the property that were friendly.
The owners were super friendly and helpful and great to chat with.
We will absolutely stay here again in the future. We are already looking forward to it."

"Great stay at The Custer House! The house was very clean. The multiple bedrooms were able to accommodate all family members. Great location in Custer and the neighborhood was very quiet. We were able to get an early check-in. And, we saw deer nearby. Excellent all-round! Thanks much!"

"We took 3 grandchildren to see Mt Rushmore, Needles Highway, Custer, Deadwood, Devil’s Tower, and Badlands NP. Great location. Comfortable , clean, safe. Close enough to town but rural enough for deer, turkey, rabbits all around. Loved it.
