"Amazing staff.
The guest service is among the best I've ever experienced. They were always smiling and ready to offer any assistance or provide tourist information.
The room for four people was spacious enough and very well-equipped. It also has a terrace on the fifth floor with a lovely view of the Clérigos Tower. From that terrace, we were able to prepare our own New Year's Eve dinner and enjoy the fireworks."

Excellent hotel, very good, super accessible to everything. Centrally located for attractions, dining, and tours. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent hotel. If I return to Porto, I'll choose this hotel again. I loved it.
