"Pillows were very small, shower area needing maintenance plus cleaning attention, room smelled of stale cigarette smoke, hot tub was not in operation. Staff was friendly / helpful."

"I travel a lot, and this was the dumpiest hotel I’ve stayed in by far. The common areas were shabby. Our bathroom door didn’t close and the shower didn’t work. It’s hard to rate the cleanliness because of how decrepit the walls and floor were. The breakfast consisted of waffles, muffins, yogurt, bananas and juice. Usually there was no one at the front desk. I will never use this hotel again."

"Room was uncleaned, dirt on the floors, crumbs on the nightstands and the covers. Notified the phone number since no employees were on site, I got a message saying the room had been cleaned but after I sent photos proving it wasn’t clean they sent someone to clean it. After waiting an hour someone came only swapped the sheets and didn’t clean anything else."
