"Hotel Marbella has the potential to be an amazing hotel. It is in a great location - right on the beach, 2 beautiful pools, AC and a restaurant.
It is in dire need of some updating and a thorough cleaning.
On a side note: it would be nice if the cleaning staff could respect the “do not disturb” signs.

"Hotel is dated. Blinds, curtains, etc show decay, stains, ruptures, etc. the AC unit needs cleaning, the furniture around the pool is also old and oxidized. The buffet stile breakfast is also low quality. Not worth the pay. "

"The room was not the best, the shower water come all the way out the shower. The rooms were small. The rooms were not beach front as we were lead to believe. You have to walk less than a block to the hotel pool and beach access. The hotel does have plenty of restaurants in walking distance. "

"Hotel building is very old and it shows everywhere. Bathroom was filthy! Extremely gross with mildew and fungus on shower floor and doors and wall, and sink, and mirror! Clogged/ slow drain. Bedding dirty. But room is very big. Our 2 full size beds were sort of comfortable it you could fit another bed."
