"The property is within walking distance of the airport. It's a well lit walk and there are always people coming and going. This proximity to the airport is also good when catching a train into Krakow City Center."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel, all facilities were amazing. There was even a Nespresso machine in the room, and if you ran out of pods there was a free coffee machine downstairs! We got a free little cake delivered to our room on our last night which was a lovely touch. A stay that won’t be forgotten "

"Had 5 great night's sleep. Loved the fact that there was a kettle with tea and coffee available in the rooms. Hard to find this in Spain. Staff were very helpful. They helped us sort out the travel card for the transport into town. Only downside was the bar shut at 10 pm I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Poland."

"Great hotel with good vibe to its coffee/bakery shop area. Enjoyed our stay but disappointed by communications with staff. We reported 3 bikes that weren’t road worthy but they left them where they were for other guests to pick up and find the same faults. No VIP Expedia upgrade was offered (although we were happy with our room) and no Expedia VIP meal discount accepted in the breakfast despite being advised of its validity. If VIP offers are going to be promoted they should be readily available...

"This our 2nd time at this hotel and it did not disappoint. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The staff are polite and helpful and breakfast was great with a good selection for all the family. "

"Very clean and nice could use a few more towels in the room and a couple more toilet paper so we didn’t have to ask other than that absolutely spot on and fantastic no complaints staff where amazing I asked for towels and he came straight to the room with them amazing "

"Very nice clean room, bed was comfortable. We had a nice room with a view. Breakfast was good quality but not to our taste, great if you like salad and cake. Good location, trams and buses right outside. A bolt taxi to the airport was just under £10"

"Great hotel for a short visit to Krakow, 20 mins walk from old town and the perfect spot to stay in Krakow. Eveything is within walking distance , restaurants, shops and even public transport links very easy Hotel room was amazing and just perfect Amazing staff who helped us massively, by booking a trip to Auschvitz and Birknau for us as we thought there was no availablity , luckily due to the staff member we were able to go. I couldn’t recommend this place enough"

"Lovely hotel and rooms. Staff are helpful. Only downside is no kettle or drinks in room. Each floor has a drink station for tea, coffee and water which is well stocked but having to go out for drinks is a little tedious plus no milk anywhere "

"Great location close to the main square. The room was mostly clean, but the furniture looked slightly worn and dated, though not uncomfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful enough, although I only spoke to them to check in and out. I couldn't see a lift/elevator and access to the rooms was up stairs, so any travellers with heavy luggage will need to be able to carry it."
