"The hotel has historic resonance, and the heroic cleaning staff do a great job. Perhaps some of the nicer rooms have some character. But the front office staff is indifferent at best. The woman at the bar was almost hostile? This should be a treasure of the would-be UNESCO heritage site but is an embarrassment.
