"This hotel was amazing! The staff are so friendly and attentive. The artwork throughout the hotel is gorgeous and provides such a nice atmosphere. The little touches like free popcorn in the lounge room in the afternoon/evening, the games room, and free laundry powder for the washing machines etc are great extra touches. In a great location near Pier 2 too. If we come back to Kaohsiung, we will stay here again for sure. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We were sad to leave. "

Even with slippers we felt grossed out because it seems as if the staff didn’t clean the floors ever!! The bed was ok and there were basically no amenities . The best part was the location and shower. "
