"The front desk staff were not friendly upon checkin. They were talking to each other and totally ignored us as we stood there, waiting to check in. Upon check-out, at 10:30am, there was no one at the front desk. We ate breakfast at the hotel, but unfortunately, my wife's rye toast was moldy. Yes, moldy. It was readily apparent to us, so why the people in the kitchen didn't notice is strange. Of course they comped her meal, but it was definitely off-putting. While we might stay at this hotel...

"The exterior grounds were not well kept. Hallway rugs at the doors were very dirty. We had a stain on our sofa although it did look like it had been vacuumed. Overall the room was clean. The vanity in the bathroom was extremely low. Breakfast not the greatest, we stuck with oatmeal. Our room floor actually had a slope by the window where it appears the foundation may have settled.
