We were approached by a male individual who we could not identify as either a guest or a member of management. He berated us for how we had parked, speaking in a rude and intimidating manner. The room looked tired and beaten up compared to the slick listing photos. “Amenities” were very budget (eg, only one rubbish bin; a combined shower gel/shampoo and no conditioner or lotions; only regular breakfast tea and instant coffee with the tea kettle.); room was cramped.
