This hotel (or at least the room I stayed) has a huge problem with their hot water, which essential for autumn and winter weather. Start bath, the water was hot enough, then suddenly turn into cold, which made body freezing. No phone call in the room to call receptionist, what the hell. Lucky enough that we added their contact at wechat app, so we complain to them via wechat, then the staff told us to wait 10 minutes for the hot water, where in the middle bathing. Worst property.
