Well for starters im a family of 4 i have 2 under age children one I had gotten a 2 bed room one bed for me and another for my 2 kids now I don’t want to put my two children in separate room because they are underage but when I went to return the key I was supposed to get my 25 deposit back but didn’t for the reason being that there were more then two people in said room like how am I going to leave my family in a separate room in a city we don’t go to that often that just unsafe

I have not been able to receive my refund because I didn’t stay there. When I arrived I was told there was no vacancies and my reservation was not acknowledged. I need my money back.
Proof that the reservation was canceled on the hotels part not mine.

Rented thia for my son, so I didn't stay there myseld. He said the room was okay, clean, a bit small, but not terrible. Had a microwave and mini fridge in the room. Only thing that was concerning is when he checked in he was told that there was a cash deposit. He was from out of state, 15 hours away from home, didn’t have access to his bank and had little cash on him. So that's how he replied when they asked if he had cash for the deposit. The lady then said Okay, you're all set. I did go back to triple check the listing and it says nothing about a deposit, let alone having a cash deposit. I get needing a card on file for a deposit, but not cash! My son did say he'd stay there again though.

The mattresses with springs were abusive and not suitable for a hotel, the smell of humidity, the towels are not suitable for a hotel, the truth is that I had a bad time, I did not sleep well and I did not rest, I do not believe that this hotel should be on the Expedia platform.

Odd practices

The rooms are small but adequate. The covered driveway used for check in at most hotels is occupied by the managers vehicle. For some reason there's a $10 cash deposit at this location. Odd.

Speed bump was so high that is caused $9,000 damage to the under carriage of my 2017 Prius. Was in shop for 11 days while I was on vacation. If it wasn't bad enough that I had to go over the speed bump going in, but also when I left. If you have pickup or 4 wheel drive no problem, but Pruis is no go. No Warning about the height of speed bump

Friends of Ankur Inn

I prefer the coziness, quietness, the comfort of Ankur Inn Dallas Tx, excellent management and staff ,well maintained, very accessible off the Hawn Frwy 175 eastbound service road between Edd Rd & Beltline 24 hour gas and food nearby, when i visit friends in Dallas this is my #1 choice ...suggestion to the management/owners This is Texas lots of sun and hot weather, the property has ample room for a small Swimming pool & Grilling area,, then my stay would be most excellent.......
