Only issue was the breakfast. They didn't even have a working coffee machine. They had snack bars and juice. Aside from that I have zero issues or complaints.

The desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was dirty. The bed covers, floors, and walls were stained and dirty. The ceiling had patches of ain’t that didn’t match, where I’m assuming they tried to cover dirt. The desk had spots of sticky stuff on it. The pool was dirty. And the room was moist and smelled bad.

The hotel was very clean and easily accessible. I was just disappointed with what they call breakfast. There is basically coffee, tea, yogurt, those wrapped muffins and cereal.

Good Location

The TV remote needed batteries replaced and there was no coffemaker (but coffee service items were there). I called the front desk and she replenished both items. The breakfast was all preeservative-laden items, but other than that, a good hotel for the money.

Ill be honest. I got this hotel as insurance on a trip that me and my girlfriend would have adaquate space. I didnt sleep in the room overnight. But everything was clean and lovely and they even refunded me the price difference when i checked out early.

Almost a Five star hotel!

6 night stay. Felt safe in the area (no vagrants) Yogurt, coffee, juice cerial/oatmeal & muffins is the continental breakfast. Staff was friendly, *every thing was clean, no signs of any roaches which is surprising being this is a 3 story hotel in Dallas, TX. not to mention its across the street from a Daisy dairy food warehouse. The only issues are: We had two adults and our 15 yr old grandson and we had to ask for a third bath towel EVERY day. House keeping would take the third bath towel every day, if it was used or not. *Most of the walls and the bathroom door had small areas with stuff splattered on them. Just wipe the walls down where needed. Other than the walls, this is an amaizing find for the location and price. We will probably stay here again when we cone and visit.
