"Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass man etwa eine Stunde braucht, um die Unterkunft über eine etwas schwer zu befahrende Straße zu erreichen. Daher eher weniger geeignet, um Tagesausflüge von der Lodge zu unternehmen. Wir haben hier einen Zwischenstopp von zwei Nächten verbracht und uns vor allem entspannt. Dabei ging es uns wirklich gut - das Zimmer war traumhaft, das Personal sehr aufmerksam und das Essen perfekt! Abgerundet wurde unser Aufenthalt von Rhino Tracking, was wir nur empfehlen...

"The lodge was perfect- best accommodations during our 7 day stay in Namibia. Where else can you see white rhinos, wildebeest, oryx from breakfast table. "Spectacular views from the luxuriously appointed individual units and pool/restaurant area, lovely service and great sundowner drive in the game park. The outdoor showers in the units were a real indulgence! The only off note was the lack of easy drinking water, since the tap water wasn’t recommended and only 2 small individual bottles were supplied. "

"The location is the big attraction for this hotel. The scenery is amazing. Climbing up the cliff for sunset and dining at the Eagle’s Nest restaurant was incredible. Accommodation was comfortable -there were a few dead bugs in our room , maybe it hadn’t been swept in a few days but it felt generally clean. Staff were responsive if asked, but (aside from staff at Eagles Nest) weren’t super friendly. Felt a bit like we were inconveniencing the staff when we ordered breakfast. Maybe she was just having an off day… "
