"Unfortunately I gave a low score because I got bitten by bed bugs while at the hotel. Please make sure they do something about it!!!"

"We stayed in a suite room. The room itself and the breakfast were both very good. However, we specifically booked the suite because it was advertised as being available as a twin room. Instead, the hotel simply pushed two single beds together and covered them with a single king-size mattress topper. When I raised this issue, the staff were polite and friendly, but we were told that no changes could be made. I found this difficult to understand, as it seemed that simply changing the mattress...

"Siamo stati 2 notti e comodissima la posizione affianco alla metro che porta in poco tempo a quella centrale. Fra l altro una delle metro tutte dipinte. Vicino anche alla fermata del treno 41 che proviene da vicino aeroporto incluso nell abbonamento SL. Personale sempre cordiale e disponibile. Colazione ben fornita e buona per il salato, praticamente assente il dolce, salvo un paio d tipo d muffin vegani e poi solo dei mini croissant nn tipici e neache d qualità, hanno tanti buoni dolci tipici...

"I want to thank all the personnel, for the upgrade of my room, the help here and there, the fact that I had to stay one more night and the personal let me stay in my upgraded room! REALLY APPRECIATED! the only thing really I would add in the room is a cupboard... but otherwise, I don't know how small and so forth are the economical room because I got an upgrade... and really it's really appricated... but throughout all the hotels in the area... this is BY FAR, the best!"

"No tea or coffee facilities in room Cable on hairdryer very restricting as not long enough. Staff very helpful and location great for the metro and even getting to the city was walkable."
