"The hotel was lovely, the overall experience was good. However, I have to say that the the staff behind the bar/reception could be a little more enthusiastic and look happier/friendlier as could the staff at breakfast. That being said, I would recommend this hotel. It's clean, value for money. Easy access to the main attractions using SL App. The manager is helping my daughter with an issue regarding her billing in the restaurant and he was very polite and courteous."
"The hotel is not even remotely 4 or 5 stars. We arrived at 7 pm on Monday, yet the front desk person had already left. This is early for a hotel claiming to be 4 stars. We had to wait about 20 minutes for the only person who worked at the restaurant to check us in. She was semi-rude and had no idea what rooms we were getting. The shower in our room only worked on hot water. It was extremely hot and the mixer with the cold water did not work. This prevented us from taking a shower after a long...
"Breakfast is superb and the staff is exceptional. The location is beautiful albeit isolated.
Main shortcoming for me is the size of most rooms, really tiny.
They have a few beautiful suites in the “400 house “ if you are willing to pay the steep price. Those are confortable, bright and spacious enough.
Another concern for some people maybe displacements from rooms to facilities. This is a spread out property and there is considerable walking to be done, in cases over uneven terrain."
