"I was expecting that according to the review, the place is rundown and dated. But, it was not. It is a bit but totally worth for its price, tbh! It is clean, they put us in room where there was a nice view and we stayed during APEC season so I believe the hotel is busy, but our stay was perfect! I did not get a chance to use the pool, however we went there and see it for ourselves and it was nice open til 11pm for late swimming and bonding. I definitely would recommend and be back again in the future."

"Air conditioning is always an issue with hotels including most international brands. It’s stuffy in the room. Air cond is basically doing recirculation with not much cold, crispy air when you turn the temp down. Winter is fine but for Sumner travel, it is a real issue. Otherwise, hotel is fine, close to everything snd breakfast buffet is quite decent. Again, this air conditioning issue is common even among international brands."

"I was a solo traveler, had a very smooth stay. The staff is super nice and helpful. The manager helped me arrange a private driver to take me to different meetings I had. The room was very comfortable, the bed and bedding were comfortable. I had breakfast every morning, it had variety of food. The gym is very simple, but it works. The complimentary self service laundry was very useful. If you want to eat ouside the hotel, there is a building with many different restaurants walking distance (like 15 min walk)"
