"The place is hard to find. Except for the name of street, they didn't give any other reference. When I finally get there, there's no one at the reception for me. The guardians ended up calling the manager who was rude on the phone and said I said I should have called before stopping by, which is completely insane!"

"It started at the gate, the Knight Support guard has to be informed about guests. The booking was not seen by the person (Mohamed) in charge that night so room n keys were not ready. Because we had a child sympathy was shown thanks to Mo."

"There were just a few issues. 1) the wifi was very limited and later the mgr wanted us to pay to add more time on the wifi which was not noted on the rental. 2) the mgr never reached out to us to see how our say was going or if we needed anything. 3) no one came to change our bed sheets or bathroom towels and there was no extra for us to do it ourselves.. if these improvements are made this apartment would be rated a 10 "
