The Abode is my ho to hotel in Chester. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the check-in experience was not up to the usual standard and was quite disappointing. I also found the staff member to be rude and not at all helpful, which negatively impacted my overall experience."

When we got to our room, it was lovely, though I was still slightly unsure because you could hear people in the main house, and I wasn’t certain about privacy or whether anyone could enter our room. However, no one did, and our concerns quickly faded. The room itself was beautiful—bright, airy, and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the views were absolutely amazing."
