"I checked in for 2 adults and 2 young kids. I was given a room with 2 single beds overlooking Terminal 3. I find the room too cramped, no space for my luggages. TV is faulty. The bed can only fit one person as it is single bed. I ended up booking another room at the opposite building as it is cheaper and has bigger rooms. I am disappointed to be honest. Shower curtain has musty smell from the day I arrived. Only consolation for me was the pool yet kids did not really enjoy much. No splashing allowed. Food was great- Thursday BBQ EAYC was great. The staff are polite. One more negative thing is long queues for breakfast. We left hungry and again disappointed. We therefore grabbed breakfast out of Savoy Hotel."

"The TV remote did not work when I checked in, so I called the front desk and it took them a full day to bring me a new remote. Both the chair and the ottoman in the room had terrible stains on them that had not even attempted to be cleaned. The rug in the room was dirty, and the floor had not been mopped. The rug had not been vacuumed the entire week I stayed one morning. I had coffee and the coffee mug and the milk stayed in the room for three days, the sink in the bathroom had not been cleaned. The shower had been sprayed down with water and that is all. The bedside tables had not been dusted or wiped down the entire week. There was dust on the lamp in the room and the hot pot in the room did not work without a special adapter. The hallways were not vacuumed on a regular basis. The elevators had water in them from people leaving the pool the sauna and the showers in the men’s room smelled like urine all week long even after I suggested to the staff that they have it cleaned with bleach it was never cleaned. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The staff was friendly and I’m sure most of these issues were out of their control. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was good every morning and the staff there was friendly and courteous. The lobby bar had wonderful young men who were friendly, courteous and helpful. The courtesy van driver Joe was prompt with his pick up at the airport and was very courteous, kind and respectful. The concierge staff was helpful to"

"Staff was very accommodating on requests. Room is always fresh and well maintained. Breakfast buffet is still good."

"The hotel was in a very nice area. Very well maintained. The food in the hotel varied, though the pool food was always good. Very close to the shopping area. Very relaxing pool in the evenings. Very good gym. The bar was nice. The staff were excellent and were everywhere all the time. Which to be honest was a little bit too much sometimes. A very nice stay. "

"The hotel was very good. The elevators were slow. The breakfast was excellent. Our room could hear the music from some nearby club every day almost. That was not good. The pool is very nicer The roof deck is great but often very windy The staff were excellent overall. The area around the hotel will depend on what you’re looking to do. "

"Long wait to check in. Aircon in room inefficient. Fridge unplugged. Power point at wall in dangerous state. Safe not working. New one provided but not secured. Only two clothes hangers in wardrobe. Limited vegetarian choice on breakfast menu. Kitchen did produce pancakes and fried eggs on separate occasions on request."
