"The restaurant was superb.
The view and room appointments were very good.
The maintenance of the room was very poor. The toilet door opened spontaneously; the door to the deck was very difficult to open (lubrication of its rollers was needed); the shower heads were not clean so very little water came out and it went in all directions except downwards; the door to the shower enclosure came off its rollers and it was necessary to call maintenance personnel to replace it.

"Even though we were only there for 24h, we had such a lovely time in this very class establishment! Pelin, the owner, greeted us personally when we arrived as well as when we had breakfast. You can tell that someone like her has learned proper hospitality service (most probably abroad) and knows what is important especially to international customers.
