"WiFi very poor, unable to enjoy the 70” big screen. Jacuzzi not working, horrible odor in bathroom, limited food selection. Termites eating roof of executive suite and debris falling in bed. Location awful, dirt roads in awful condition. Staff was very good and the pool area was real nice. "

"When we arrived there was no record of our confirmation. The staff were unaware of our arrival. She had to call the owner to confirm. The owner neglected to inform them of our arrival. Such a disorganized way of doing business. Water supply was being turned off during the night. We have to wait for the staff to arrive in the AM to turn it on. Toilet was a big problem when you want to use that night ‘coz it won’t flush because there is no water supply. We had to leave the property a day...
