Brand new Hotel. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Rooms were great, breakfast was very wonderful. I will stay there again. (had a really good gym and pool).

We stayed Sunday to Monday 27th. Overall a Great stay 🙂 Glenda was helpful, and delivered good customer service over the phone (as we called before arriving to ask for specifications on parking with a trailer in spanish even though I speak English), and in person; we noticed they didn't have bags on the trash cans and she politely explained it was company policy but provided some for our stay. Beds and pillows were comfortable, no sun light shining inside, and it was quiet. Only thing, *We didn't like the sensor light as it turns on everytime you pass and when your with kids you wanna be as quiet as possible. The fan in the bathroom didn't turn on 228. Breakfast was great it consisted on waffles, eggs, coffee etc. Now in the morning I called front desk (inquired about late checkout, she said it was $50 after 11am) and a lady answered I noticed her accent so I spoke Spanish to her, she was very dry and guess I had the same lady on check out time in the front desk (curly redish hair, latina), to the African-American in front of me, she asked how was her stay, explained to her that she was receiving an email with a receipt and her deposit back and even greeted her good bye.... However, when it was my turn I said good morning she didn't respond, so I gave her the cards and the only thing she said was "Va a recibir los $20 de su deposito en unos dias!"... Just that. 😮‍💨
