"staff was friendly. at first glance the room looked ok. I booked this room for the KBP weekend, so from Thursday-Monday. the mattress box springs were completely stained with no effort to even disguise it, there was like pieces of grout on the floor, the window had some kind of heavy duty tape on it from wall to window. there was also a smell we couldnt identify or get rid of, a trail of dark spots from door to window in the carpets. when we asked for extra towels, staff had us follow to a room where they proceeded to hand us damp towels, and one had weird orange stains. the walls had weird dirt splotches or god only knows what they were. barely any hot water for showers. the restroom had a bunch of grout pieces all over it. no DND signage. tv didn't work at all. phone didn't work at all. even when trying to call "0" for the front desk, it was just always "busy". if you looking for a place to simply sleep, shower, sh*t, book it."
