Welcoming lobby area with friendly staff. The room was of a good size, clean with adequate storage. The breakfast room was bright and airy with cute displays. The breakfast itself was plentiful & delicious with a good amount of choice. One of the "best" Best Westerns we have stayed in

The Grand America hotel is always a relaxing experience and a great place to stay when we pass through SLC. Our room was beautifully designed with many lovely touches. The staff are all very friendly and professional.

8/10 Good
Decent room overall, could be cleaned in more details (currently just a simply clean each day with a deeper clean every 5 days). Toilet door also was stuck and difficult to open, was rectified after phoning reception.
