The "King Suite" I booked was completely misrepresented in the photos and descriptions online. • False Advertising (No Bathtub): The photos for this room clearly showed a bathtub, which was a major reason I booked it. "During our stay of the hot tub was in operable which they did clearly have science posted. We thought there was a fitness center, but there was not. Continental weapon did not have very many health choices. Hotel is clean and staff was nice."

"No airport shuttle on this property! Staff didn’t know where a nearby restaurant was, they knew one was across street, I went over after checking in, it’s closed on Monday! I told staff member and she said thanks! "

"Nice place, however not having an elevator makes it tough for people with heavy luggage or coolers to get to the 2nd floor. Also the ice machine on 2nd floor was out of order... It was nice enough for us, would probably stay again, to be honest."

"The room we had wasn't cleaned before they gave it to us. Found dirty kleenex in my bed. The bathtub and bathroom was not clean and the carpets throughout where we walked looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. They moved us to another room where at least 2 outlets didn't work including the only one in the bathroom and we had trouble with the toilet flushing. We did not use the breakfast bar! "

"Not that it was a bad issue but the pool was being remodeled and was closed. So my wife decided to use the jet tub in the king suite. The jets did not work and black flaky stuff came out of the tubes. Overall it was a great stay and the staff was great. I cannot remember her name, but she was the hostess/waitress in the restaurant for breakfast and she was great! Very kind and helpful! Appreciated that very much."
