"As usual, the place was spotless - even ran into the lady cleaning the mirrors in the elevator one time. The highlight of this visit was when I left a pair of slip ons at the hot tub and walked back to the room barefoot. Next morning I discovered they were missing, headed down to the (closed) pool area but opened the door and stepped inside. The gentleman doing maintenance asked if the missing shoes were gray, I affirmed and he said meet him at the front desk. He appeared promptly with the shoes and REFUSED a $5 tip I offered him. Service with a smile!"
