I had the worse experience at this place! The room smelled so bad and carpet felt disgusting! we had to buy air freshener to help with the smell. The TV would NOT turn on, after several attempts to notify the owner, they responded the day before we were leaving to ask if it was still not turning on. The WIFI was off, after sending a message to owner, I guess he restarted it. I DO NOT recommend staying here. DISGUSTED.

No smoking policy, yet the whole floor and room smelled like smoke. Two roaches were found in our room and the shower was absolutely disgusting. We will not ever be booking again.

The room we had was nice. It was clean. It definitely needed more upgrades. The ac was loud. The tub was rusty. You could still see repercussions of the hurricane damages and water damage. Guest services were friendly and helpful. The location and the view were amazing.
