"Overall 4-night stay was very good. The negative was they were over sold the first night and did not have the room we booked. Got stuck in a handicap room with bathroom that flooded the floor when shops were used. Floor remained wet and could not use hairdryer while standing in water. After asking to be switched to the room we booked, we almost received the room we ordered. It was minus the sofabed we paid for. The last 3 nights were very nice. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Dean was very helpful as was all the other staff at the front desk."

"Everything was GREAT EXCEPT THE ELEVATORS. ALWAYS A LONG WAIT ABD WE WERE ON THE TOP CONCIERGE FLOOR. IT WAS VERY PAINFUL. We would not stay there again for this reason. Concierge offering and gentleman in charge 5-7 Pm was WONDERFUL!"

"Overall stay was great, however out of all the hotels I have stayed at the security deposit takes a long time to get back to you. I still haven’t gotten mine and it has been almost 3 weeks. Mind you the deposit is almost equivalent cost to what I paid for the room"
