"The place was great for kids and families as you visiting mall of America. No hot tub onsite and activities for the kids are sparse compared to their other great wolf lodge properties. Will I stay again….stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and couldn’t get room service those nights. "We had a reservation for several nights but ended up checking out after one night due to the extremely uncomfortable beds. I had reserved a room with 2 Queen beds but the beds were only doubles. The mattresses were very firm and unsupportive. My entire spine hurt from sleeping on this mattress and therefore I did not get any sleep. My husband experienced the same."

"A little older which was perfectly fine because its in a safe area with tons of shopping and food options. Not the fanciest but a place you can feel secure especially with children and/or pets. Very helpful staff."

"The room wasn’t so clean I’ll give that 5/10.. The staff were nice and accommodating 10/10.. The breakfast options was terrible the eggs were old the toast was old the options were bread, boiled eggs, yogurt, apple, gravy, drinks and waffle .. The Air conditioning was outdated..Matress was hard abd weak so I didn’t get good sleep and the pillows matched it..I found ants crawling at the foot of the mattress right before checking out.."

"Upon entry we received no greeting. But even a simple good evening. The individual that was checking guest in looked as if she totally hated her job. Just looking at her computer screen, punching keys, etc. No explanation of breakfast, fitness room or pool hours, nothing. Just a $100 incidental fee, which is ludicrous. AND a $15 parking fee to park on their property. The bathroom door could barely be opened. It dragged on the bathroom floor so it had to be literally shoved hard to open. It never...

"The hotel was very nice and quiet. We were informed at check in that there would be an additional $8.00 a night parking fee, something that was not included in the original pricing. Didn’t appreciate the surprise. For two nights it was another $16.00 we didn’t expect. This information should be presented before final booking."

"Quick check-in, room was very clean and hotel is close to shops and restaurants. The room was quiet at night and temperature was easily adjustable. My only complaint is the bed, older spring bed that needs replacement. "
