"Very Clean!"

"We could tell the owners are beginning to clean things up, but they're just not complete yet. Our carpet was old, towels were old, the bathroom need updating, the coffee pot we had only had two bags of coffee, and the housekeepers tried to give us K cups, but we didn't have a Keurig.....it was an ok place to stay, not horrible, but not great either. We did like the convenience of the keyless entry!"

"We got a room on the first floor and the area where most people smoked outside was next to our room. Anytime anyone smoked the AC unit would draw in the smoke and the room would smell of cigarette smoke. I let the front desk know but kept happening. I finally asked for a new room and they did accommodate us. The free breakfast was very lacking. No eggs or sausage/bacon. Other places in town offer better. You can goto the Lodge with a water park and better breakfast for same prices. We won’t be...

"We were in town for wedding and didn't have an opportunity to take advantage of the lake or outdoor amenities, but this place is FANTASTIC. Gorgeous, clean, and the staff was outstanding. Good Ol' Days was welcoming enough that we discussed making the 4-hour drive again to enjoy the property more fully!"
