Ellbee Hotel, Mussoorie offers a perfect blend of comfort and stunning views. The rooms are well equipped, staff is very friendly and helpful, food was delicious with hot breakfast and high tea was pleasant experience engaging with other travelers. Great location of mall road - gem hotel.

Such an enjoyable stay at ellbee hotel near Library Chowk on Mall Road. the food was very tasty , especially the Pahadi cuisine, staff to be excellent, cooperative, and supportive. We're enjoyed the good breakfast and the complimentary evening snacks as well—Highly recomended.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. This hotel advertises itself as a 4-star property, but in reality it felt closer to a 2-star experience at best. From the moment we arrived, there were multiple issues. There was no hot water, the bed sheets were dirty, and we had to request replacements. The walls were stained and poorly maintained, giving the entire property a neglected appearance. One of the rooms was completely unbearable due to a strong moldy smell, and we had to ask to be moved to another room. Even basic necessities were lacking — there were not enough towels provided for guests. Another disappointment was the lack of bottled water. When we asked if we could purchase some, we were told that the government does not allow the sale of plastic water bottles. However, restaurants nearby were selling bottled water without any issue, making that explanation difficult to believe. Overall, the hotel fell far below expectations and did not provide the level of comfort, cleanliness, or service that its rating suggests. I genuinely could not wait for the night to be over so I could leave the next morning. This hotel is absolutely not worth the price charged, and I would not recommend it . Employees were the best part of the hotel .

Hotel rooms have nice view of the hills. However it’s very hard to access the hotel. It’s inside an alleyway off Mall Road and no cars are allowed. We had to find and hire a coolie to carry our luggage. The mini fridge in the room did not work. The breakfast and high tea were ok. Staff is nice and helpful. Not too many good restaurants in this area of Mall Road.

Really nice hotel just near library chowk (Mall Road). Newly built so everything is as far as infrastructure goes is really good. Food is also tasty and they were kind enough to provide complementary breakfast despite not being in our rate plan. Supportive and decent staff.

Good location. Right at the corner of library road and very beginning of Maal road. Excellent cooperative and supporting stuffs & executives. Good breakfast and complimentary evening snacks ( yes you don’t get every where ). You can order in house dine options of Pahadi cuisine. All in all I will tell Ellbee will ensure a memorable stay for here .

Avoid at all costs!

This is not a 4 star hotel - worst experience ever and I would like to warn others before booking. Misleading and misold. It is. 2star at best and that too because the rooms are ok. Breakfast terrible, service terrible, no manager on site - claiming they have but received payment so we paid again! Treating us like we are beggars. Threats by the booking team - screenshots to follow

My experience was horrible. They have given misleading hotel information when booking. The car park and the hotel are about 800 meters distance. it was a huge inconvenience for us to take our languages from the car stopped to the hotel. The hotel staff never provided the luggage services nor informed us of the hotel location earlier. it was real trouble. not recommended.
