"The picture for our room showed a chair and hassock in the room, which is the reason I chose this property. However, they were not there and we were unable to get them the first night. This made it difficult to sleep since I normally sleep in a chair due to back problems. we were told that this picture did not pertain to all the rooms, but that was not indicated on their website.
They did remedy that by bringing them in for the 2nd night.
The TV was not hooked up for sound and we had to...

"Muy mala experiencia, no avisaron con tiempo que la alberca estaba en reparación y que esta pro la le hasta octubre dijo la recepcionista, la cual también dio un muy mal servicio usando tono rudo al atender y en lugar de dar una cálida bienvenida todo el tiempo se preocupó por q me fuera lo más pronto posible al darle la queja sobre la alberca. Además no dan shampoo ni jabón para el cuerpo y sus instalaciones están llenas de mold. No regreso aquí mejor al hotel de en frentes que es el 8."
