"The amenities at the Avenue Inn & Spa were plentiful. Free Wi-Fi, breakfast, hot tub, wine & cheese, indoor pool, cookies, and sauna were a few of the amenities. However, the floors in the rooms were not as clean as I expected. The floors in the common areas were decent, and the atmosphere was cozy. "Everything was spotless when we walked in we were always greeted by the nicest staff. We had a great time and will definitely be back. The breakfast, happy hour, and chocolate chip cookies were amazing!!!"

"Fantastic Location, and we rented an Ocean Front Apartment, so that was the best part of our stay at the Henelopen. There was a delayed check-in due to the cleaning staff; we had to call to request clean towels everyday; there was no room service (trash, towels, sweeping,...) the entire stay; and the area directly outside of our door was quite filthy the entire 4 days of our stay (as was most of the hallway on the entire 4th floor).
