"Good location, close to everything in the Museum District. On-site staff was helpful and attentive. The drawer on the bathroom vanity was broken when we arrived, and there was also a leak in the bathroom sink plumbing, requiring several visits from Maintenance after we informed Sosuites via text. The dishwasher was visibly broken when we arrived, and stayed broken throughout our 7-day stay. Worse, we learned from maintenance that the company had a repair order for the washer before we rented it...

"Overall, my stay was satisfactory; however, the communication throughout the experience left much to be desired. The front desk staff appeared disengaged and unprofessional, making the check-in process more difficult than it should have been.
When traveling, a welcoming and courteous front desk experience sets the tone for a guest's stay. Unfortunately, the lack of engagement and poor customer service created an uninviting atmosphere. I hope the property will place greater emphasis on customer...

"I loved the modern aesthetic and spacious feel of the place. The location was in a cute little area. The room was very clean and well kept. Also, the whole process from start to finish was so easy and how they do the checkin, handle stuff during your stay all the way until after your stay is exceptional. I highly recommend checking out SoSuite all over the city.
Recommend: checking out the add-on tabs too it is helpful when needing things to do as well as good parking deals!"
