"The nighttime desk clerk wasn’t super friendly and, during our time there, often left the desk unattended. The morning desk clerk was much more personable, present, and helpful. We had an issue with some of the power in our room on our arrival and it took some cajoling to get the clerk to take a look (maintenance was gone for the day). He offered to move us to another room the next day, but after getting him to come up it turned out to be a tripped fuse, which he easily resolved. Breakfast...

"Eigentlich ein gutes französisches Frühstück mit allerlei Süßem, Crepes, Pancakes, Croissants etc. Leider sah vieles aus wie Massenware aus: Rühreier aus dem Tetrapak, Crepes aus der Tüte... Parkplatz vor der Tür war super. Die Sauna und das Haman haben wir auch genutzt und ich fand es gut. Der Whirlpool war schwer zu steuern...."
