I went to the Holiday Inn express counter in Terminal 3 at Delhi international flight. It was 2:45 am on the morning of December 18th. I had a reservation but was denied access on some false information. The representatives would not admit me as my flight the next day, December 19th was from Terminal 2. I was unable to check-in at 3 am after the long journey. The rules had changed and they refused to take me to my room There was no mention of this rule at the time of the reservation. There was no clear statement of the rule that I could not stay at Holiday Inn express if my flight was from Terminal 2. I am asking for a refund of my room charges. I was greatly inconvenienced and had to find another place to spend the night, which cost me an additional $100.00. I need Holiday Inn to refund my charges as well as cover the cost of the alternate accomodation
