The location is very convenient, with the metro station nearby and Connaught Place easily accessible. I also enjoyed the breakfast it was fresh and tasty. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again."

"The AC did not work in our room despite the service man coming two times to try and fix it. The person that cleaned our room left the lock on the door fixed and our room was open for the entire day with all our valuables inside. Meals are super expensive!! $30 for the buffet! Not impressed with this supposedly 4-star hotel. We cancelled our room for an additional night when we came back from traveling and booked at the Aloft for $75 cheaper and way better experience."
