"The breakfast area was a bit of chaotic. The waitress are not responsive and quick to help. Food are generally ok. But the turn-a-round setup was a bit slow. many staff but the waitress are slow to respond."

"Reception on arrival a little bit disinterested but given it was 1aml, happy to overlook. Room nice and spacious, comfy beds, well equipped bathroom. Breakfast was buffet style and lots to choose from. My only gripe would be between us going downstairs to breakfast and returning to our room to collect luggage for check out, somehow our room door had been tampered with. The digital key access panel had been removed and replaced by a physical key entry. It was brushed off as nothing to be concerned about by the reception staff but being pretty well travelled I've never experienced anything like this previously. The need for hotel guests to feel the security of their luggage and personal belongings IS important and simply choosing to ignore such situations is really not good practice."

"Exceptional care and hospitality was provided by the staff! We had an elderly family member staying alone for a day, and the staff went above and beyond, from a smooth check-in and escorting them to the room, to assisting with breakfast and lunch. They also helped with the luggage and arranged a taxi to Delhi T3, ensuring they were dropped right at the airline counter. It was incredibly reassuring to know they were in such caring hands. Wonderful staff and truly outstanding service!"
