"I had two single rooms book, one was very good and the other I would say was a box room converted. Both at the same price, the box room should have been cheaper. The staff where very helpful and polite, We got to check in early which was very appreciated."

"エジンバラ観光の際に夫婦でツインルームに１泊しました。 室内はゆったりとしていて、シャワー・トイレスペースも明るく清潔で、とてもリラックス出来ました。 宿までの所要時間は、エジンバラ駅から列車で約30分、到着先の駅前からはタクシーで約10 分と、移動に多少の時間がかかりましたが、とても静かな住宅街の中、スコットランドの人々に直接触れる機会が多く持てたことは貴重な体験となりました。 また、朝食が宿泊料金に含まれていたので、思いがけずにスコティッシュ・ブレックファーストを堪能できました。 また、宿のすぐ近くに小さなスーパーがあり、飲料・食料などは不自由なくゲット出来ました。"

"Close to the airport, big room that was clean. Annoying it was miles away from the lift and was an accessible room as I was worried my autistic son would pull the safety cord. No glasses for water or even a biscuit with the tea. Although I didn’t have a tea but who doesn’t love a free biscuit. Breakfast was fine and coffee was ok. Also tv wasn’t linked to the internet. Probably won’t stay here again but it was fine for what it was."

"Nice hotel, great food. Not sure amenities were as great. Pool had some rust around it , jacuzzi area wasn’t working as it should. Room beddings didn’t get changed in four days we stayed. I found that just wrong even though I’d asked for cleaning and for it to be changed."

"Nice hotel. We loved the spa but it could use some updating. We lost power and water one one of our days here, which we had to get ready for a wedding that day, so that was a bit stressful, but the spa was open and had power and water so that was good. The rooms could use updating, but overall, weren’t bad. The restaurant was incredible, the food was truly the best we had on our entire trip in the UK. Overall, weren’t felt 4 starts was pretty spot on. The rooms were maybe more on the 3 stars...

"The hotel and its staff were excellent. However, there was a major soccer game the evening that we stayed, and we were not able to park on the property, but had to park a mile away. The hotel staff said that they reached out through Expedia to send us at least two separate messages talking about the soccer game and that we would not have parking. We received two emails from Expedia, but no messages were actually relayed to let us know about the parking situation. If the hotel is going to reach...

"Bij aankomst geen parkeerplaats, voor nood maar verderop bij Mac Donalds de auto neer gezet. Restaurant dicht dus geen avondeten te krijgen Kamers warm, 24 graden bij aankomst, geen ventilatie alleen een schuif raam wat 5 cm open kon Om 23.00 kwam er nog even een vrachtwagen van Elis wasgoed laden en lossen op de parkeerplaats onder onze kamer ramen dat duurde drie kwartier en ging niet zachtjes. Ik raad de hotel zeker niet aan."
