We loved this location. Everyone there was very nice, helpful, and responsive. The whole place was very well maintained, super clean, and clearly taken care of with pride and love. The beds were both very soft and comfortable with plenty of pillow choices and sheets that made you want to stay there all day. It was so nice having an outdoor sitting area right by the river to enjoy my coffee too. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in the area.

This is a very quaint, private area. The staff are great communicators and quick to respond to questions and needs. There are "back doors" to the rooms that lead to quiet, private little patios, where you can sit and enjoy the weather. We will stay here again.

Lovely place to stay

This is a lovely place to stay. The room was cute and comfortable with an outdoor patio, as well. The host was personable and helpful. Our room was quiet and we liked it so much we stayed for an extra night. Highly recommended.

The property was clean and quiet, with no deferred maintenance. The bed was super comfortable, and the towels were very nice. The remodel was pretty good except for one item. I was glad to stay there.

This hotel was very quaint and clean. We had a outdoor patio and access to a river trail. The staff was helpful and texted us to make sure we were ok and when we would check in. My only complaint was the mattress. One side of the mattress was"broken" so either you rolled to the middle or hung into the edge for dear life. Luckily my husband was on that side and can sleep through anything.

This is a very unassuming motel. The exterior was not welcoming and we even thought we weren't in the right location. We left to look around but returned according to our GPS. Only upon entering, I recognized the rooms from the pictures on their internet site. The rooms were comfortable, although rather rustic. The back yard was pleasant as it looked out on the Gunnison River but due to rain, we did not use.

Loved our stay!

What a delight! A last minute booking turned into one of the best of our trip. The street presence in no way reflects the inside…. Don’t let the adjacent campground deter you either. Very clean, updated, nice! Keyless entry was slick! (Check your emails…. I missed mine). Very clean, exceptionally quiet, a lovely evening spent on the patio enjoying the Gunnison River and the geese. We’d stay here again for sure!

Being right on the river was incredible. Our room had a through door to a small patio that overlooked the river. As I sat on a rock watching the sun rise, the sprinklers went off. It was a funny ‘ugh’ moment. I went back to my patio, and within minutes a gentleman came by and apologized profusely for the sprinklers. He said he turned them off so I could go back to the rock. Super sweet.

Place along the River

Nice motel on the River Room was clean, but nring your own bar of soap, the one left for you is "silver dollar" size at the best. No one at the desk, ever, you get a code emailed to you to get into your room lock. If a problem...call the ph # and they will answer. Didn't have any problems for the 2 nights. Look for a key hanging inside the door, it's gor the back door if you need it. No complaints, Gabezo along the river was nice.

The entire experience was wonderful starting with staff who were quick to return calls, & very accommodating. The property is on the Gunnison River and close to town. Delta is a cute little town with a great variety of restaurants and shopping. The room was large. It had a microwave, a small refrigerator, nice dresser, couch, table & chair, great king sized bed, a bedside table with lamp & charging station. We had a newly renovated handicap room. The roll-in shower had a nice foldable strip to keep water in, the handheld shower head had a standard holder and bar w/slide. The bar with is in the perfect position for the fold down set. The holder can go up/ down on the as well as tilt up/down. THIS IS TRULY A HANDICAP ROOM. One the best in any hotel… low to high dollar…in any country we have vacationed in. GOOD JOB RIVERWOOD RESORTS, DELTA. Last but not least…inner entrance door & exterior door to a wire fenced in courtyard, there is a walkway down to the river. They have been remolding & it looks good on them.

The communication was absolutely top-notch. It made check-in incredibly easy after a very long day of traveling. There is no waiting at a check-in desk. We just walked in and got our room and went to bed. We asked for food reservations and things in the area and they were Right on top of it very quick to respond and had some great ideas. They were very attentive and kind the rooms were very clean. The towels were very soft. The beds were comfortable, and the views of the water with the moonlight were perfect.
