"I arrived in the room and the heat was not working. The office is not staffed overnight at this time of the year, so I had to reach out to the emergency line. After several phone calls, a space heater was brought to the room. That device was 1) not going to heat the room thoroughly and 2) was not safe to be running in a room overnight- especially a room with a child in it. It took over a dozen phone calls to get moved to a new room and that was not until almost 11 PM. I would NOT recommend...

"There was no one in the office and the office was locked when I got there. I had to call a number and wait 20 minutes for someone to come check me in. There was a pass code you had to press into the doorknob to unlock the door. The code was the room number three times (room 23, unlock code 232323) and no dead bolt. Poor security. The furniture was old and mismatched and the room smelled very moldy. There was no cable television, you had to use your own logins for streaming apps to watch tv....

"Very clean. Staff was awesome. I dropped my phone in the snow. We had a major snowstorm and the staff was so good helping me find it. They even cleaned off my car during the night and plowed me out. It is a great place to stay."

"This is a "no frills" type hotel stay but it is clean, quiet, located in a convenient area, and managed by a very competent young man behind the front desk. Just an "FYI - you have to request the cleaning staff as I did not see any during my four night stay recently."

"This little hidden gem is scenic, relaxing, and friendly. It gives visitors a true "old fashion Cape Cod" feeling and we have visited this inn several times...and plan to go back, again. "The hotel wasn't much to look at from the road, but the room was clean and updated. The lock to the room was a little odd and hard to work, but not a deal breaker. Check in staff was great, the hotel was very quiet for being right on route 6, and we were right in thy middle of everything we wanted to do. Great value for the price."
