There is an army of people but I think without a good manager to improve the service to the customer and also to the potential of the area in tourism, the buffet breakfast was limited and the croissants looked old or bad brand, they don't have options for the people that can eat sugar, I asked to for the ride to the beach and they told me to ask for a taxi because the driver of the hotel was not available, it looks there was only one driver and only work for some hours...

The Hotel is nice and the rooms are comfortable, it was a bit further to the beach than we anticipated. There was only one shuttle in the morning to the beach and one in the evening. Walking back along the busy road was a little unsettling as the sidewalks are not in great shape. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay.

The staff were collectively so polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of choices and was delicious. They kindly moved us to a room that was better suited for our stay (beside the pool - pool access) and moved everything for us while we were out for the day. The beds are comfortable (we stayed in 2 different rooms) and very clean and well kept. The bathrooms are great. They provided us with disposable toothbrushes etc. and water every day. The restaurant is pleasant and the pool is a comfortable temperature. Lots of little birds around too. The only issue was the fact that it’s on a main road and traffic is a bit hectic for pedestrians but we were fine. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the beach and there are lots of merchants and restaurants along the way. Everyone is so incredibly friendly.

We liked most of the hotel. Not sure that a half pool view room is actually a pool view room but other people had a worst view! Lots of work going on, maintaining the hotel which is good and bad. Breakfast is better than most! Staff work so hard!
