The room was small with limited storage: 2 small dresser drawers and 1 tiny bedside drawer on the right side of the bed. I was cold on the first night and searched for an extra blanket in the tiny closet, but only 1 extra pillow was provided. We purchased a throw blanket the next day when we were unable to communicate our needs to the housekeepers. We reported to the front desk that a light was not working within an hour of checking in. No one came to fix it, so we went to the store and purchased 2 types of bulbs, but neither one fixed the problem. On day 3, we again reported the issue to the front desk, but no one came to help. We went to the front desk to complain, and eventually the “non-English speaking engineer” came to the room. He tried to fix it and we finally got him to agree to bring a different lamp. While he went to get it, all but one of the lights and outlets did not work. He eventually replaced a switch in the bathroom, as he’d tripped/blown a fuse. The 3 pump dispensers in the shower were not labeled, and none of the housekeepers we asked were able to communicate to us which bottle held which product. So we went to the store and purchased shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and 2 bars of soap. The drapes did not close all the way, and the door had a significant gap, so the room was not dark enough for the 10 nights we stayed there. The emergency fire exits had steep steps and no hand railings. We will not stay at a Courtyard by Marriott ever again.

Tremendous hotel. Nice rooms. Cafe on site. Great fitness center. Easy to get to. But a bit isolated and no restaurants or other commercial properties nearby.

I booked this hotel to stay 1 night: from March 7th to 8th, 2024. We arrive at the hotel at midnight due to a flight delay and one short male (white, 170cm approximately) is the only front desk staff. We waited for over 30min to be checked in while the staffer is having trouble logging into the system ( according to him). In this process he was getting more and more agitated and rude, by knocking strongly on the keyboard and constantly switching between 2 front desk computers. While we trying to ask nicely on what’s going on and how long do we have to wait, this staffer start to use “F” word in his language and talk to us rudely by saying: I have to log into this “f” ing system and you gonna have to wait. And other similar languages. And suddenly he smashed on the computer and a few other books fall to the ground, which severely scared us. He went on to try to call the police on speaker for the reason of “standing on the side while he logging into the system”, which is absolutely meaningless since we are customers and we didn’t do anything except asking why it too so long. And his request to police is denied on the phone just because of a lack of reason why the police needs to be here. After this, we left the property due to the unwelcoming and wired behavior of this front desk staffer. Till now, the property haven’t refund me and I feel like that is extremely unfair and unprofessional for a hotel with the name of “Marriott” to deliver such a service.

we arrived and "the system" was down. We have no key and the desk clerks have to let us in the room. The cleaning is substandard. I stay in Marriott bc I like them. I am a film producer. I am having second thoughts.

Property is VERY clean. Everything is super modern and well kept. Private parking garage is a huge plus! The agent at the front desk was very concise and to the point, super efficient while also being welcoming and informative. Definitely will be remembering this place for my next visit!

I the temperature was -6 outside and I couldn’t get the chill out of room for 5 hr. Once it reached 72, it started blowing cold air. Maintenance guy never showed but then canceled him after 3 hrs. Of waiting. I played with everything and finally it was finally tolerable
