"There was a problem in the elevators during my 2 full days stay, the light was really fade in the floors and the unit, I went for a work and the light was not enough to keep me awake I ended up working in the hotel restaurant's area"

"The room was large with a nice separate seating area with the couch. The staff were kind and helpful when assisting with all questions and requests. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of breakfast foods and drinks, and the bar had wonderful food and drinks."

"Pet and human hair in the sheets in the bed. Genrally not in great condition, faucets tarnished and couch cushions stained. Front desk staff was super friendly and helped with extra toothpaste."

"The room was really quiet even by the elevator because of the extra door for the sleeping area in the suite. The breakfast was really good, a nice buffet choice plus the chef omelet station. HOWEVER, the only parking is SEVENTY DOLLARS a night, so we chose to park elsewhere. They only have SIX luggage carts for the entire property, and don't have bellboys to ensure they get returned, so had to lug all our stuff up by hand. If you want to enjoy the free drink happy hour you have to stand in a very long line for the ONE bartender serving for it, so we had to skip that in order to make our other reservation."

"We got a city view and it was amazing! Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The room was perfect for my husband and I. We loved the his place."

"Excellent hotel, fantastic staff, great location. Downsides were the cost of parking at the hotel was unreal, but thankfully there were other cheaper parking options. Breakfast was very minimal. Would have expected maybe bacon and cheese."

"I was amazed at the size of the room plus a balcony so it certainly is a reward to stay just a little way from downtown Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and was very quiet at night . No shouty people in corridors . The neighborhood is equally quiet no rowdy crowds turfed out of bars in the wee hours of the morning The hotel is in a (growing) residential area but a 7/11 , a liquor store and several restaurants are just a couple of blocks away, Maps is your friend. The streets around the hotel are safe The walk downtown is pretty easy a couple of blocks and you’re at Broadway, take 17th Street and you’re at 16th and the free bus that takes you all the way to Union Station The walk back though, beware of that hill 😀"
