The art and design was nice. We would have liked to self park but the options weren't convenient enough to make it worth it. The valet guys were very quick and nice. Staff was nice as well.
There were a few things we would like to have seen improved . We had two packages delivered to the hotel at the same time. One was at the front desk and they had to find the other with housekeeping . We were never informed of the deliveries and they had to track the packages down. Also, at check-in they should talk to you about how the elevator works. It took a minute to realize that you need to scan your room key to get to your floor. The lobby is on the 4th floor which is weird that there's noone to greet or help you once the valet takes your car.
They asked us if it was our first time and we said yes. Staff should be trained to ask follow up questions to improve service and offer recommendations.
The rooms were nice and clean, fresh , with good quality products . The complimentary waters at the front desk and a couple mini sodas and snacks in the room were a very nice touch. Overall we were happy with the stay but communication and hotel process can definitely use some improvement .
