"I didn't use the ac since it's cold still outside but the heat worked well. Price is good and the hotel manager basically leaves ya alone which is nice after such a stressful day. Only complaint I have is the pet fee. My dogs r ESA certified so the fee should be waived and they r both under 5 lbs so I think the fee should be waived anyway. but I have paid a fee several times now. The toilet handle broke at 4am this morning also but owner said he could have it fixed before I get back there...

"The towels are not clean and old, the bed is very soft, feels like old. But the staffs are very nice and polite. "

"Our stay was not in season so a lot was closed for winter. The properties restaurants and bar were closed. We did find a a little corner pizza place that was open to get dinner. As far as the property. It was just ok. With some updating it would be a nicer stay. Our room was clean. And it was very quiet which was nice due to the time frame that we stayed. "Robinet defectueux, douche tiede presque froide prise a 5AM le matin, lit comfortable, buffet dejeuner ordinaire et cafe infecte (eau de vaiselle) . Les annees precedentes nous aimions revenir vers chez nous et faire un arret au Comfort Inn Watertown mais cette annee fut tres decevante. "

"My friends and I just had the most incredible weekend stay at The Roxy Hotel. Character meets extraordinary comfort as you will sleep sound as a pound in this safe, beautiful town with shops walking distance and the best little coffeehouse/bakery. We had top notch customer care. Upgrades. We will definitely spread the word and be back next year! Two solid thumbs up. "

"Would not recommend, I stayed here previously and things were fine. But this time was not good. Went to take a shower and the water started out brown, then it never got hot. Ran out of toilet paper and there wasn't any new roll. The room was questionably clean, and the fitted sheet was on upside down which made me wonder if it was clean or just flipped. And the remote for the TV didn't work. I chose not to stay for breakfast, which didn't even look good, because I don't want to eat...
