"Great staff and great place. My only gripe was that the showers were not always hot. Thats important to me in the heart of winter. There was no lift (elevator), so maybe not your first choice if you struggle with stairs."

"The staff was amazing wisdom spoke English. You ordered your breakfast at the front desk. It shows up in the restaurant next-door at the time you designate. Really good food options cute little hotel half a mile from the biggest mall in Kharkiv"
