We were disapointed that there was no hot tubin the pool area to soak in after a full day of hockey. However our room was very nice and the breakfast had a variety of items for our picky crew.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Place Jordan Creek. The staff was helpful and friendly (especially Phillip who helped with a rogue frog who jumped into the foyer). Would definitely recommend. Clean, quiet and a nice breakfast with plenty of healthy options.

Wonderful property and great staff. Found out late in our second day that the room door didn’t actually lock and our room was not secure while we had been away. Staff did offer to move us to a different room.
